This may be some stuff the air force base here got rid of but it appears to be in good usable condition. The bale handle on the valve reels good and tight,the orange jacket on the nozzle turns with what I would say was normal resistance. Maybe a small fire dept could use it or someone can deck out their parade firetruck.
