Has one very small scratch on inside of the bowl from manufacture. Makes Homemade Ice Cream, Sorbet and Frozen Yogurt in Approximately 30 minutes Clear cover with Ingredient Feeder Removable Gel Bowl Takes Up Less Space In Freezer Easy To Operate No Salt Or Ice Needed Anti-skid Rubber Feet Manual not included but it is self explanatory on how it works. But here is a quick break down on how it does for you... Before using the first time: 1. Remove all of the packaging. 2. Wash the parts. (the paddle & the bowl only) 3. Eight hours in advance, place the inner bowl into a freezer. 4. Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (Look Up Recipes On Internet) 5. Let it mix for about 30minutes, pull out mixer and pull inner bowl out, then allow the mix to cool in the refrigerator.
