I purchased this cutting machine new for almost $400 and only used it a handful of times. It works great, but I found that it is not appropriate for my needs. I need to cut small pieces of light cotton and polyester fabric into somewhat complex shapes. I would consider this cutting machine great for larger stacks of heavier fabrics - or taller stacks of larger pieces. Honestly, if you are not already sure that this is the machine you need, you would probably be better off seeing the machine in person and testing it out before you buy. Which, of coarse, is tough through eBay. If you are already familiar with this machine and are looking for a new one, you can save a nice chunk of change by buying this (practically new) one instead. It comes with everything that was in the orignal box - including the original box. This includes a few small tools, an extra belt and an extra blade. Refunds are only possible if you pay for return shipping. The refund will also not include the original cost of shipping. It is simply too much to make it worth the sale.
