Unit has some slight scratches on it and some of the writing on the buttons is wearing off but these in no way affect performance, see pics. The Console / Display Panel works well and was removed from a printer with paper jam issues. We do not have any accessories for this unit; only what is pictured. Unit carries a 14 Day Right of Return. This item carries a 14 day right of return provided our seals are intact and there is no evidence of user misuse; in order to allow the buyer time to confirm the unit is in working condition. We ship all of our packages in new boxes, regardless of size, with the shipping cost based on the weight of the package and not the size of the box.
