For international shipping, most items up to a weight of 70 lbs and costing less than $2,800.00 are quoted using USPS Priority Mail International rates. All items that exceed those limits are quoted using the eBay UPS calculator for UPS Worldwide Expedited. However, the Seller only ships internationally using FedEx International Economy or DHL and will only charge a maximum of the eBay UPS quoted rate. Items weighing in excess of 150 lbs or exceeding FedEx size limits will be shipped using DHL Express Economy. It is important to note that these products are occasionally subject to export restrictions under U.S. law and the Seller follows the regulations established by the Bureau of U.S. Census and the Bureau of Industry and Security. The WWG ANT-20SE Advanced Network Tester 10Gig is offered for sale as Parts Only and sold with a 30 day warranty. Please note that items listed as "Parts or Not Working" do not come with a warranty. If the item is damaged in shipment, non-functional upon arrival, or incorrectly listed, the Buyer will receive a full refund of all costs, including return shipping. The Seller will offer to replace the item at the Buyer's option if multiple items are in inventory. The Seller will advise regarding the method of return shipping. In the event that the Buyer purchases an item incorrectly, the Seller will process a refund for the item, less the Seller's original cost of shipment, upon receipt of the item in undamaged, unused, and un-opened sealed bag condition. The necessary documents will be contacted via email to be returned to the Seller to allow them to complete the order. The Seller does not ship For domestic USA shipping, most items up to a weight of 70 lbs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail rates. Heavier items can be shipped for less via FedEx Ground, the preferred shipper of the Seller. If there is a significant decrease in shipping cost from the eBay quote, the Seller will give a refund. Large items weighing in excess of 150 lbs and shipping to any address require shipment via Motor Freight. The Seller does not ship domestically via UPS due to cost and quality of service reasons.
