WORKING Hewlett Packard HP 7475A 6-Pen Color PLOTTER w/RS-232 Interface - UNIT 1 Up for auction is a used HP 7475A color 6-pen plotter. I have 2 of these for sale - both in similar working condition, this one is by far the nicest cosmetically w/very little use as it was only used as my backup plotter. It has been very well cared for, cosmetically its like new and also in complete functional condition. This item has been tested using the demo plot function and is in excellent working condition. All buttons work, and the associated button legends are in fine condition. No cracked or broken parts. Included in this auction are the following items: 1. Hewlett Packard 7475A 6-Pen Plotter 2. Power Cable 3. Pen carousel that holds 6 pens 4. Built-in rs-232 serial interface with db25 connector Note: No manuals or serial cable are included. If desired, I can email the winner a .pdf copy of a manual that I downloaded off the Internet for this plotter. The 7475A was the follow on product to the 7470. Like the 7470, it used paper-moving technology. It also had a 6-pen carousel and could plot on both A/A4 and B/A3 size paper. The 7475A was the most popular pen plotter ever made. It was not obsoleted until 1994, an amazing 11 year product life and is still a popular model today for CAD work and even conversion to vinyl cutter machines. Its a very clean unit overall as it has been in protected storage for several years now since I last used it for PCB design. The 6 pens are pretty well dried up now but will be removed from the carousel and bagged up separate. Now, I did find 1 pen that contained enough good usable ink to create the test plot as shown.
