Up for sale is a wire wound linear taper 3k ohm Potentiometer which may used with Hickok or other tube testers. This potentiometer is NOS, never used but without box and unknown brand. Solder terminals tarnished and some dust build up around its body due to its age. This potentiometer tested with my FLUKE 8000A Digital Multimeter for the continuity and founded good. Please, don’t ask which model will fit. I have no idea which models used this potentiometer, but I heard that most of Hickok tube testers are using this kind of potentiometer for its bias adjustment. It is linear taper and exact same one installed replacing broken bias pot of my Western electronics KS-15560-L1 tube tester and works as intended, but I’m not sure if it works with other tube testers including other Hickok models. I bought multiple potentiometers and this one is a left over item. If you see your broken bias pot has an open back then it is very non-linear special taper and can not be replaced with this pot. KS-15559-L1, KS-15560-L(1,2), KS-15750-L(1,2) or 539(A) may use this pot. Body size is 1 5/8”, Body height is 9/16”, shaft length is 3/8” and shaft diameter is 1/4”. I don't know if those are good measurements. However, this potentiometer is guaranteed, so bid with confidence. Unless otherwise stated, the pieces are without flaws that I can find. I am not a professional, so any inspections that I do are to the best of my ability. I will identify any flaws I find. I don't use anything more than a bright light and these old eyes.
