The Winston cook & hold is a fantastic piece of equipment. Cooks roasts, prime rib, turkeys perfectly with minimal shrinkage because of the CVAP technology. This unit was working perfectly a year ago when I closed my restaurant but has not been in use since. I do not have any place to plug it in to test it. I am confident that it will work perfectly. It has been an excellent piece of equipment. If you purchase and it needs repair to function I will help with the cost of repair. The amount will  be based on the final purchase price. This is perfect for any restaurant that slow cooks or does whole pieces of meat. Your yield is higher than with a regular dry heat oven or Alto Sham. New models are selling for $8000 it does have some minor scratches and a small dent on the upper door. It has 8 programmable settings each with different stages. I have the owners manual to go with it.
