We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping charges depend on the destination, weight of the order, and the service selected. If the item is bulky and heavy, we ship freight carriers, and in some cases, heavy items may qualify for free freight shipping. For crated and prepared items, an additional charge of $100 may apply. Residents type, lift gate and inside delivery may also incur additional shipping charges. You can pay for your order via PayPal at McDonald Paper & Restaurant Supplies. In case of any problems with payment, call us at 718-369-0600. If you're in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, an additional tax charge may apply. The Winco FQP-10, a 10" Quiche Pan made of Carbon Steel and Non-stick material, is a must-have for bakeries and restaurants. This pan, with a diameter of 10" and depth of 1-1/4", ensures your quiches and tarts come out perfectly. Plus, the removable bottom makes it easy to mold. Dishwasher safe and non-stick, this pan is perfect for bulky and heavy items. We offer in-store pickup too. You can purchase your order at eBay or our website and pick it up from our Sunset Park showroom in Brooklyn. And guess what? The shipping fee will be refunded when you pick it up! Just give us a call before coming in. We're open from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Call us at 718-369-0600 or drop an email to info@mcdonaldpaper.com to initiate a return and receive a return authorization. For a full refund, the returned items must be in the original condition and packaging. In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us promptly to resolve the issue. However, please note that the shipping carrier responsible for delivering merchandise or picking it up is liable for losses and damages. Check for any damages or shortages before signing the delivery receipt, and note the extent and nature of the shortage or damage on the freight bill. If there is conceivably noted damage, please save the shipping cartons and packaging.
