The Wilden diaphragm pump is an air-operated, positive displacement, self-priming pump.  This pump is PVDF w/PTFE Elastomers. Model:P200 Wetted Parts and Outer Piston:PVDF/PVDF Center Section:POLYPROPYLENE Air Valve:POLYPROPYLENE Diaphragms:PTFE W/NEOPRENE BACK-UP (white) Valve Balls:PTFE (white) Valve Seat:PVDF Valve Seat O-Ring:PTFE ENCAP. VITON Description The Megaplast G2 housing is designed to accommodate 102 mm / 4 in., 254 mm / 10 in. and 508 mm / 20 in. filter cartridges up to 82.5 mm / 3.25 in. in diameter. The connections are molded directly into the head and bowl, reducing the space required for fit up. These housings are designed to meet the stringent cleanliness requirements of ultrapure applications by utilizing PFA for all wetted components. • High-purity design • Metal-free construction • High temperature capability • Closure threads are on the “dry” side • Closure nut is free floating • Cleaned and packaged under controlled cleanroom conditions Specifications Materials1 • Molded high-purity PFA head with molded connections • Molded high-purity PFA bowl with molded vent and drain • Closure nut: PTFE or PVDF • Mounting bolts: PVDF (glass-filled) • O-ring2: FEP encapsulated fluoroelastomer Configurations • Connection Options: 3/4 in., 1 in. male flare style 3/4 in.
