All items are shipped on time and a tracking number is provided via the paypal messaging system. We do not charge for shipping and handling ourselves, but we sometimes do use "Calculated Shipping", and sometimes the calculated charge can be off, so we do issue refunds for over payments. We also ship all our items via UPS Ground, unless the sale is set up for “free shipping” in which case we will ship the item by our discretion. Warranty Policy: Warranty period is 30-days starting on the date of delivery and includes weekends.
