WELCH ALLYN MIL-5062 COMPREHENSIVE LARYNGOSCOPE KIT EXCELLENT USED CONDITION! FREE EXPEDITED DOMESTIC SHIPPING! This set is a government surplus item (MIL-5062) that is manufactured by Welch Allyn to support our military efforts. This is the most comprehensive fiber-optic laryngoscope set manufactured by Welch Allyn and contains both English MacIntosh and Miller blades. All of the components are neatly packaged in a custom-formed plastic Pelican case. The set includes nine blades, three handles, spare bulbs, spare cartridge lamp, locking travel case (with 2 keys), and printed instructions for the care/maintenance of the set. All blades exhibit single-piece stainless steel construction (which permits inexpensive repair by Welch Allyn in the future (if ever needed). These sets are in excellent used condition. Many of the blades have never been used. The travel case shows some signs of usage/handling/travel but everything inside looks new/relatively unused. Every component in these sets has been tested and they work properly (to ensure buyer satisfaction upon receipt). We have also included fresh batteries in all of the handles as an added courtesy to the buyer. These sets do not include a penlite, laminated reorder card, or second spare bulb cartridge that are normally included in the MIL-5062 set (and we have reduced our price accordingly due to these minor omissions).
