TYPICAL PROBLEM The problem with PVC or other Synthetic medias is that the ink does not bond properly as synthetic medias are not porus and have nowhere for the ink to go. At first glance the print will lok good but when you try to laminate you will discover that the glue on the laminate sticks to the surface ink but not the plastic it's self. This results in a bad bond or no bond at all inwhich the laminate will peel off. To get a professional finished product with laminate, the key is a product that will allow the ink to bond to the media it's self rather than sit on the surface.
