SPECS 48” Gas Griddle is a heavy-duty and high-quality product from Vulcan-Hart. With a fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel composition. Sturdy custom factory legs/table included. The griddle is made with concern for kitchen space and food output in mind, and was therefore designed with a low-profile 11” cooking height. This 48” model includes 4 U-shaped aluminized steel burners which are individually controlled to keep the griddle top at an even temperature for multiple projects. The temperature is adjustable up to a blazing 550 degrees Fahrenheit, so any food prep is possible. The griddle also comes standard with a removable grease drawer, ensuring a fast and efficient cleanup.
