Mazzer Brevetto commercial coffee grinder. We believe it is a Super Jolly model but not confirmed. Please read condition report above. As stated there are no returns accepted for this unit. With that said it seem s to operate correctly and appears that it could e used in a espresso shop setting. Guaranteed to not be DOA. A chance to save 100's and 100's of dollars but won't win barista equipment beauty contest. IMPORTANT: Please Read: If you have an question about your item or problem with us for any reason we ask that you please contact us by email. eBay will seemingly innocently direct you toward filing a claim. Don't let this happen. Please allow us to resolve any problem to your satisfaction with you without eBay "assistance" eBay has developed a system utilizing poorly designed software to track possible issues with sellers. Once placed they are difficult to repair and potentially very harmful to us. Many times a client will have an innocent question that without intent of harm snowballs into a nightmare. We had a defect that eBay stated in a letter would be removed automatically that we recently finally had removed after 48 days and 500+ minutes on hold (8 hours) %#(&$#*!# Here's an example. A client inquired regarding the shipping of an item. We provided the tracking information and within 15 minutes he wrote back saying he was sorry the package had arrived four days ago and his roommate hadn't notified him. He offered and provided us a statement stating that it wasn't an error on our parts and he was very sorry. He went on to say that eBay directed him into clicking on a item not received claim when all he tried to do was contact us. An easy fix? NO! The "defect" remains on our record. The only way for us to resolve an issue like this and have the "defect" removed is to escalate a claim against you the buyer. Crazy? Absolutely, We are now forced to initiate actions against a fellow eBay member to protect our reputations and the harsh penalities sanctioned if a few of these "defects" occur. One example is increasing the shipping costs for buyers up to 40% higher. PLEASE CONTACT first without getting ebay involved. They mean well but life if controlled solely by computers can become a nightmare. Trust US It's the best for all of us. Thanks.

“This unit has flaws but does operate. The issues include he hopper or funnel has a crack but still works and slide gate is intact. There is no top for hopper/funnel. The dispenser section is bent and missing top as show It turns and displaces portions. I think I could have bent the metal back in place but was worried I may crack the housing. The glass window is cracked in the area. The metal casing has some finish loss as shown. Both burrs are intact and the adjustable wheel turns freely. Not sure if the numbers are lined up properly. The push down lever for releasing adjustment wheel is there but not installed. The motor running smoothly and seems in good condition. The on/off switch works but didn't try timer. I didn't have beans but was able to take normal coarse coffee and refine into espresso quality material. With that said it could be used. We will Not Accept Returns on this item for any reason so use due diligence and ask for additional information of photos if necessary”
