It is a controller for milking machines. We do not know if it works. Wires for power are present as pictured. Transformer on inside is marked "Curtis Development & MFG Co Electrical & Mechanical Controls Milwaukee 16, Wis 13260-921". Pulsator part is marked "Synchron Trade Mark Patents... and others". Pulsator has 3 terminals for connecting wires. Front has an on/off switch and fuse box. Includes 2 extra fuses. Machine measures 8 1/2" wide by 3 3/4" tall and 8 1/8" long.
