Shaft and bowl are made of stainless steel material. Handle's thumb notch and stopper provide greater control. Grip 'N Serve black plastic handle is heat resistant to 230 degree Fahrenheit (110 degree Celsius). Stopper prevents spoodle from sliding into pan when not in use. Comes with 4-ounce capacity.
