This increases the viewing distance between the eye and eyepiece, reducing operator fatigue. Zoom Magnification is 6X-40X with a working distance of approximately 2.5 inches. The COBRA has a new ergonomic design: Microscope users can now work in a more upright position and even wear eyeglasses. COBRA offers freedom of head and body movement not available with conventional microscopes. This increased comfort and ease of use improves productivity and reduces errors. There is no damage, old inventory stickers, adhesive residue, names/numbers carved into the case, etc. only a small amount of normal wear. The rubber around the eyepieces is cracked slightly but does not affect the operation. This unit has been tested and verified to be in good working condition. You can see a couple photos of a 20 dollar bill (not included) I took by hand holding my digital camera up to the eyepiece. The illumination system is very bright and works properly.
