These are New Old Stock vintage Restaurant Guest Checks / Order Pads (Model # Check 103). This listing is for 30 pads with 50 checks in each pad for a total of 1,500 2-part guest checks or 3,000 single part guest checks. The carbons do not have to be used if you simply want one copy of the Guest Check for each customer. If you want a 2-part set there are 2 carbon sheets in the back of the pad with a fold-over cardboard divider. The first sheet is a light green (with Thank You on the back), the second sheet is yellow. They measure 3 3/8 inches wide and 5 1/8 inches long. Condition: New Old Stock – Never Used.
