This auction is for a Vintage Multavi II Meter. This Meter is marked "Multavi II 1306124" on the inside. Hartmann & Braun on the front, and lots of info on the back (see pictures). It is about 3 1/4" across 7" high and 2 1/4" deep. The outside seems to be made of that old hard bakelite plastic. It comes with a leather case but the case is torn up.
