If you know what this is called or what its for .... can you kindly let me know!! It's not too often I come across items that I don't know what it is or can't figure it out but this is one of them. I actually have 4 of this type of item on Ebay right now...this is number 3 of 4. This comes just as you see pictured in the listing.
