You are buying a vintage Carco Winch Model G-80 SG.  It has rust outside and a little inside on the gears.  Looks like this thing was hardly used.  Selling it "as is for parts or for rebuilding".  I believe that was used on some tractors: TD20, D7F, D7G, and HD16.  I am guessing that it would ship around 4400 pounds truck freight at buyer's expense.  ***Please contact me for freight quotes*** Ohio buyer's have to pay sales tax.
