This American Optical Microtome Knife set includes a handle, two blades and the storage box. I have only the items shown in the photos and all were together in the storage box. I am listing as used because I don't know -- the blades are very sharp, show no chips or breaks. I did not attempt to clean nor sharpen the blades and the handle threads in tightly.
