We try very hard to remove the sold items from our listings as soon as they are sold, but again, we are human and sometimes do make mistakes. We sell a LOT of glassware and are very careful about the packaging of it. We use a LOT of bubble wrap. There is, included in shipping charges, a small percentage to help offset the cost of packaging materials. About Us We are an ebay consignment store.
