This is used. It was used and in working condition when it was recently removed from service in a correctional institution. They upgraded to a new system. Since I am unable to test it this is sold as-is. The only flaw I am certain of is there is a small toggle switch on the card above the power button and I think it is broken because it was bent over. I tested it with my power cord and it turns on that is all I know.
