It is completely new and has not been utilized before. The set was initially meant for a large installation, which we decided not to proceed with, so we're selling it. The Velcro patch set comes with 12 patches, each measuring 3" by 2", and boasts of a durable and sturdy build. Multiple set purchases made simultaneously can enjoy combined shipping. Our eBay page highlights the "Best Offer" feature, but take note that we won't accept any offer below 12/$5, which is already a fair price. Please be informed that we'll be out of town from 11/19-11/26, which means that anything purchased between 11/18-11/29 will be shipped by 11/30/2014 or earlier. Note that the product won't have its original packaging upon delivery.
