Minor nicks/dents can be found throughout the unit. Sticker/tape remnant and adhesive residue can be found on the unit. Rust can be found throughout the unit. Control panel is in good condition. The meter display window show no signs of major scratches. There are numbers hand written on the meter display sheet. The cap is missing from the port on the back panel. The top cover is missing a screw. Functionality/Degree of Testing: We do not have the necessary resources to test this unit. Power cable is not included.
