The item is made in China and it is UL LIsted for Safety. We have checked this out in the lab and it is working fine. All the fittings shown are included and they fit the dispensing nozzle at the end of the 2 foot long corrugated flexible dispensing plastic hose. The power cord is 8 feet long and has the standard American 3-prong plug end. What you see is what you get. There is no manual or original box with the unit. Sold "as is".
