Up for purchase is an used 1260 Mobile Office Trailer with Restroom. It is an aluminum-sided trailer (box size 12' x 56'); Serial #58002. Please note: Prior to purchase, logo and any loose items shown in building photos will be removed. Building does NOT include any loose items shown in photo, unless otherwise stated. Building Specifications: Three office areas Includes half bathroom Tile floor and wood paneled interior walls Two exterior doors Great for use as an on site temporary or permanent office, construction site, small guard shack, truck scale booth, hunters cabin, ticket booth, road side shop, car dealer office, sales office, and many more uses. We can deliver and setup for an additional cost locally within a 100 mile radius of unit location, or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale (no Certificate of Origin available). Sales tax responsibility of purchaser based on delivery or pickup address. Unit is sold AS-IS, without warranty. As-Is Pricing includes: removal of loose items, broom clean and hook up to power to confirm working electrical and HVAC. If during the inspection any electrical/HVAC issues are noted, we will advise prior to purchase. Suggested repairs on this building (not included in As-Is Pricing) include: siding replacement ($710), exterior paint ($1,200), interior paneling ($175), roof sealant ($150), exterior door replacement ($600), and exterior light replacement ($200). We do not warranty any units or repairs. Any issues during transport – down time for drivers, axles, tires, skins will be charged to the buyer and their responsibility. If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit must be picked up on weekdays before 2pm to allow for hookup and paperwork.
