6-9" Starrett interchangeable anvil micrometer set Here is a like new condition 6-9" interchangeable anvil micrometer set from the world reknown USA tool manufacturer , L.S.Starrett. If you already have a 0-6 inch set of micrometers and are looking to increase your capacity this is a very economical way to do it.This micrometer has been fully inspected and appears to have been barely used . Overall the set shows NO signs of any abuse or damage. Micrometer functions smooth as silk. There are NO PREVIOUS OWNER ENGRAVINGS/ETCHINGS anywhere..All the satin chrome finish is stellar and all graduations and knurls are sharp and crisp. Picture # 7 and 8 show the anvils and standards in the factory applied protective paper. The 8-9" was still factory unopened as seen in picture #7. Picture # 8 shows it opened. I opened it to insure quality. All this is tucked in a beautiful wood case. Ready to serve your needs! on a scale of 1--10 with 10 being new , I would grade this an easy 9.
