Cap When you need your dough kneaded perfectly every time, count on the Silverline Spiral Mixer from Univex. Silverline countertop mixers with removable bowls have dual motors (for spiral and bowl), a robust power reserve, a compact design for more counter space and sturdy construction. The 330 qt. countertop dough mixer has a 550 lb. finished dough capacity and is built to last with very little maintenance needed. Silverline mixer with removable bowl was designed for industrial bakeries and have an electromechanical control panel with rubber gaskets. The bowl is blocked by a high powered electromagnetic system that reduces wear and noise during use. Silverline Spiral Mixer, removable bowl, 550 lb. dough capacity, two speeds & reverse, control panel with digital timers, bowl jog, swing open bowl guard, stainless steel bowl, dough hook & shaft, bowl dolly, leveling feet, separate bowl & agitator motors, bowl (1 HP, 3.6 amps, .75 kW) and spiral (31 HP, 52.5 amps, 11 kW), 220v/60/3-ph Shipping Policies We have some of the lowest shipping prices in the country.
