we offer this 60 quart unit. There is a big difference, however, between Univex and Hobart when it comes to their transmissions. Hobart mixers have traditional gear transmissions. You have 3 or 4 set speeds and that's it. Also, you have to stop the mixer before changing gears. Univex mixers have continuously variable transmissions. Yes, this mixer shows 4 speeds, but you also can choose between all of the speeds in between those 4 gears. In this way, you're assured to find just the right speed for your application. Plus, you can switch gears on the fly. Anyway, this M60 is in great . It includes the bowl as well as a hook. It uses 208V, 3 phase electricity and has been cleaned and tested. The Univex Brand is the top brand in the food equipment industry so buying this mixer will assure you that you're getting a quality mixer. This mixer requires a three phase 208v power source.
