This unit  features: a nitrogen blanket to assure complete curing of the UV adhesive, a microprocessor-based programmable controller, a lamp intensity measurement port, and a serpentine-style grid lamp for even, consistent UV-exposure... Ideal for low to mid-volume production and R&D applications. The Model UH102 accepts wafers and film frames up to 6-inches (diam.). LOCATION: F UNIT
