Ultrasonic analyzer of milk and dairy produtcs Lightweight, easy to use, cost-effective milk analyzer is a "mobile" model, or a portable version of the instrument designed to measure the mass fraction of fat, protein, skimmed milk residue (dry nonfat milk residue) in the samples prepared from non-assembled, concentrated (condensed sugar-free) milk , cream and milk powder (hereinafter - the sample), the temperature and the temperature of the freezing point, density (reduced to 20C) and acidity of the samples (pH), as well as indication of the electrolytic conductivity of samples, the mass fraction of lactose and added water in the samples.
