Ultra Pad Padding Press Your padding jobs will become much easier with the UltraPad padding press. Its durable, quick release cast iron clamps easily slide up & down to tightly squeeze your stock, giving it the ideal surface for applying padding glue. The table features a full 360-degree rotation for high production while using minimum counter space. A retaining pin holds the table in 2 positions angled for either loading or padding operations. The Ultra Pad padding press holds 10,000 8 1/2 " wide 20lb sheets in 2 stacks. It easily accommodates other sizes including 11" & 17" padding edges as well as smaller sized jobs. Using this padding press is extremely easy… Just load your sheets against the backer board in loading position to cleanly jog their binding edges. Pull the clamps down and tighten the hand screw wing nuts. Rotate the table to the padding position and remove the backer board. You’re now ready to apply your padding compound or NCR activator!
