Two Arrow DPDT switches. Two Arrow DPDT switch, 5A 250v, 10A 125v, 3/4 HP 250v. They have 6 screws. L1 and L2 in the center of the sides. T1 and T3 at one end and T2 and T4 on the other. It's rated for 250v 5a or 125v 10a and says 3/4HP 250v on it. The switch has a center and up and down position. I think it is for a forward and reverse for a 3ph motor.
