As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus. COMES AS SHOWN! Cosmetic wear. We have a bunch of these and have tried to match them up with the power supplies and the insulators . Each power unit powers up, while most of the insulators heat up, while a few dont. Might be twisted wire, connected wrong , or simply not working. It seems like only one unit per power supply that doesnt seem to heat. This unit has two power supplies and 5 insulator units. USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, may have other unknown issues. Sold as is for parts or repair! INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. 1.
