TESTING & COSMETIC NOTES: This is a KNOWN BAD / PARTS & REPAIR item in FAIR cosmetic condition that IS NOT WORKING and is SOLD AS-IS / NOT GUARANTEED Unit does not operate. Item does not power up with the key. The control system is faulty with a number of causes such as the contactors, relays or the 24V Transformer malfunctioning. We were able to do a sample cut by directly energizing the motors by pressing the contacts on the contactors, however the cutter does not cut through the entire stack of the paper. The schematic for the control system is included.
