Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with R410a refrigerant and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The cabinet is dented on one corner. We have straightened it somewhat and checked it over. The interior components are undamaged. « There are a few other minor dents and scratches on the cabinet. « This damage is cosmetic and should not affect the unit's performance in any way.
