Just received from Italy a very nice 60kg Trabattoni refurbished by an Italian Refurbishing Company. Trabattoni is one of the leading manufacturer of Coffee Roaster in Italy. The Company has been manufacturing high quality roasters since 1910 The roaster originally was a wood burning roaster but converter now in a natural gas roaster adding a gas burner inside the chamber where the wood used to be placed but can be easily converted again to a wood burning if preferred. The Trabattoni are very robust machines and have a special oven in insulating and refractory bricks and a double perforated drum cylinder to ensure uniformity of heat. The insulating chamber assure that ONLY the heat and not the burner flame will reach the perforated drum cylinder so the beans will have an uniform color and NO scorching They are machines designed to guarantee a high quality product and the roasting cycle that last approximately 17-18 minutes. The roaster comes with a chaff collector and a green coffee loader. Roaster is sitting in pieces in the warehouse so is not assemble since arrived from Italy. All parts are there and visible for inspection. Roaster can be seen in person previous appointment in North San Diego County.
