Ltd This is a TAAMS Torque Wrench that Appears to be Unused. Model #: TBN20-AM Serial #: 1JY050742 The Torque Activated AM Signal (TAAMS) Option has been introduced to enable the remote indication that torque had been applied to a fastener using a Torqueleader 'production' torquewrench. No restricting umbilical cable is required and the transmitted signal can be used to activate ancillary equipment - a PLC for production line control for example. Specifications & Features: Transmitter Module - The TAAMS Transmitter is automatically activated when the wrench reaches the pre-set torque, transmitting a signal to the Receiver. Each transmitter has its own 'Signature', enabling multiple use without the possibility of interference.TAAMS Transmitters have a range of 10 - 15 meters. The Transmitter features 'memory' and 'catch-up' facilities in the event of a signal being missed. TAAMS Applications - On line monitoring of critical fasteners. TAAMS can be linked to a production line computer to ensure that the line will only move when the required number of fastening operations have been confirmed. Torque Range - All TAAMS AM tools have the same torque range as their standard TBN or TSN counterparts. Accessories - A range of spares including 'Push Rod' wrenches, Transmitter Modules and accessories are available.
