Thermolyne Thermo Kool DB82225 temp display is not accurate but works as it should. The Thermo kool replaces ice buckets, eliminating a source of contamination when transforming or preparing competent cells. You can perform ligations without need for cold rooms or refrigerators. Store restriction enzymes or samples on the bench while you work. Great for a variety of molecular biology experiments. Capacity for low temperature DNA and protein precipitations as well as timed enzyme assays. Temperature range, -10 to 70 degrees C
