This listing is for one NEW Thermal Zone air conditioning condensing unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This unit is intended for use with an R410A air handling unit. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that there is a small dent in one of the hail guards and a few very minor scratches elsewhere on the cabinet. This damage is cosmetic and should have no affect the unit’s performance. See photos for details.
