So you can use this as a bottom skirt only without the use of a drape kit, or you can use it in conjunction with a drape kit. Item Specifications We work to provide accurate information related to manufacturer's specifications. Sometimes we incorporate them into our description, other times we provide a link to the manufacturer's site. Please note that manufacturers will often make changes to a particular model, and not change the model #. These changes are not always readily apparent to us in our examination. Keep in mind that many of our items are used and not the most recent release of a product. If a particular feature is important to you, please look over the pictures closely; if you are unable to determine that the item we are selling is the exact version you need, ask us to verify before you bid. Buy It Now If there is no "Buy It Now" there was not one offered, or if the auction has a bid the "Buy It Now" goes away. Shipping and eBay eBay is working hard to have all sellers offer free shipping on all items. In an effort to incentivize sellers to do this they are now charging us a fee not only on the sales price of the item but also the shipping charged to you the buyer. They don’t want us to make anything on shipping, but they themselves are going to make money on it from us! They want us to fold the shipping into the cost of the item, essentially hiding the cost so that it appears to be free. This, by the way, still gets eBay a piece of the shipping as we will still have to pay the final value on the entire item, now including shipping. As a seller that uses mainly Auctions, we think that this practice is not reasonable. We list many items at low starting bids and let the eBay community determine the final value. We provide information so you can add shipping into your total cost so that you may manage that expectation. We also allow pickups and customer arranged shipping. For us to fold an estimated ship cost into a starting price would not be fair to our buyers. We will continue to keep shipping as a separate cost to you. eBay is also launching a new "Cart" which is intended to make checkout easier for multiple purchases. It is supposed to allow you to combine purchases and pay at once. The limitation we see here is that the combining rules we can set up for shipping are not robust enough to allow for real world situations. We will combine items where possible to save you money on shipping. We do NOT use eBay automation for this as they simply add weight and dims and the result is often wrong and higher than putting things inside the same box. We are happy to do this, we just need the prompt to do so once you have finished bidding and winning the items you are trying to get. If a customer has more than one item going to a single address on the same day, we will contact you to be sure you did this on purpose and do not want us to combine. Some customers do not want this automatically, so we always check. Last Quarter we shipped out 112,000 lbs of gear. We do this as a service to our customers and do not mark up shipping. We do in some cases add a $5.00 packing charge for materials which is waived if you pick up. Please communicate with us and we will do all we can to get you the service you need. Billable weight. We sometimes get comments that our shipping is WAY too high for a particular item. We use the eBay tools to calculate shipping. These tools mirror UPS and USPS. By entering the weight and dimensions into the calculators you should get the same cost. If you feel that there is an error, please let us know and we will check to see if there is a mistake in our figures entered into eBay. Please note that not all items ship according to weight, some items use a Dimensional weight. This is determined by the shipping company, it can be confusing and seem very unfair. Please understand we are not overcharging you, it is how the system works. Rising Fuel costs. Please note that the rising fuel costs are adding about 15% to all shipping these days, it is very expensive to ship large and heavy items. Offers We do not end auctions early. International Bidders Our listings are automated to let you know which items will ship to what countries and for how much. Freight shipping is least costly when shipping to a business address. We incur extra charges for both residential and lift gate deliveries. We can recommend options to keep costs as low as possible, remember we do not mark up shipping. If you are unsure of freight costs, or are shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us with your zip code for a quote BEFORE bidding. Residential Freight Charge is a charge we pass along from the trucking company. This charge is for the truck to enter a "limited access" area. That includes but is not limited to residential areas, schools, churches and strip malls. It is up to the trucking company when this is charged and we simply pass it along. Most trucking companies charge $50 - $100 for residential and $50 - $100 for a lift gate. Again our fee is negotiated to a flat $25. Remember a business in a home is still a residential delivery. Pick-ups/Customer Arranged Shipping You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or pick up the item. Handling charges will be applied to items shipped with your carrier, no charges for items picked up, not needing packaging. You will either need to pay tax, or send a "Real" trucking company and a complete BOL to pick up. If picking up yourself, please note we can not help you load your vehicle and can not get large items to grade! Combined Shipping DO NOT pay for items individually if you wish for them to be combined! We will combine individual items onto one order in an attempt to save shipping costs. When you are ready to pay, simply send an email requesting us to consolidate your order. We request that you be prepared to pay for your purchases on a bi-weekly basis.
