Most of the marks can be found on the top panel of the device. Front panel there are some marks by the LCD display. The ears of the rackmount have scratches from screws. Unit powers on. Telemetry Data display shows “0’s” when Local Mode is pressed. Local Mode indicator light engages. When Up/On button is pressed the indicator light turns on for as long as you hold the button for. Down/Off Indicator light does not turn on when pressed or released. We do not have the necessary resources to further test this unit.
