What a cool find, built in 2010 and never installed. Taylor Products un loader model IBC 2000 60" x 60" x 187" Uses a forklift for loading, Taylor makes a fixture for lifting and holding the bag in position. I don't have that part. You could buy it or fabricate one, looks pretty simple. You could also add a hoist and trolley system if you didn't want to use a forklift. The system has quite a bit of fexability in set up. The rails that hold the bag up have many height adjustments, you can also adjust the height of the bag thumpers or even add another set of thumpers massagers or vibrators. Guess it depends on how much your product sticks together. The rotary airlock feeder is by Smoot it is model #FT9-2 Runs at 10.5 rpm with a capacity per rev of 0.21 ft 3  The type 2  is designed for abrasive products. The vacuum blower package is a 20 hp unit. Uses a Tuthill  blower model 5006 running at 1760 rpm. Taylor has some video on there web sight, I will get a link on later. Will ship I'm 10 miles west of Milwaukee if you would like to inspect or pickup. 53151 No warranty but guaranteed not DOA.
