RECEIVED THIS INSTRUMENT FROM THE AUCTION AND BOUGHT IT FOR MY TOOL BOX AND DID NOT REALLY KNOW WHAT IT WAS USED FOR TILL AFTER THE AUCTION AND LOOKED IT UP. THIS MEDICAL INSTRUMENT IS USED AND STILL IN GOOD SHAPE. I HAVE COPIED THE SPECTS FOR THE INTERNET TO HELP EXPLAIN WHAT IT IS.
