THIS IS A HEAVY POWERSTAT TRANSFORMER THAT IS IN A 19x19x8 CABINET THIS IS SOMETHING THAT CAME FROM MY FATHER AND HE SAYS THAT IT WORKS, BUT I DON'T HAVE A WAY THAT I CAN TEST IT MYSELF.
