Shipping Most orders placed before 3:30 PM Mountain Time typically ship same-day or next business day. We offer free shipping on most items. If you choose free shipping service, we will ship your order by the most economical method which could take up to 10 days for delivery. Returns Did you buy the wrong product, or it didn't fit your needs? No problem. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange and get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. We'll take the item back as long as it's new with all tags and original packaging (if applicable). Just ship it all back to us by any method you choose, but we recommend you use a service with tracking or delivery confirmation. Looking to exchange?
