Stazworks Heavy Duty Tubing Bender is a vertical design to save space and allow better holding of your tube durring setup. Capable of bending up to 2.5" tubing with the Model 32 bending dies. Comes with air over hydraulic ram, all grade eight hardware and casters standard. Also standard is your choice of powder coat colors. Benders are currently in stock in bare steel waiting to be coated your custom combination of colors! These benders use a gas spring return that mounts clean along the side of the bender and provide much smoother and complete returns of the swing arm. The base has a diaganol brace that reduces the stress on the botom bolts and keeps them from bending durring hard bends of heavy or large tube. All casters are swivel type for easy moving ande storage, with two locking type to keep the bender in place durring use. The base also has hooks for die storage. The piviot points are machined pieces that are Tig welded in place for a more solid machine. Benders are design and built in the USA with the exception of the hydraulic ram and casters. Benders are able to ship completly assembled on a skid via truck freight for a average cost of 125-150$.  Or we can ship the bender in maultiple packages with the base in one box and the upper section preassembled in another box for cheaper shipping via UPS for around 60-80$.
